Continuing Legal Education Board



Purpose

The Continuing Legal Education Board assists the Supreme Court and the Office of Judicial Administration with administering and regulating continuing legal education for attorneys. Its responsibilities include:

  • approving providers and programs;

  • ​determining the number of continuing legal education credit hours to be awarded for participating in a program;

  • granting or withdrawing approval of CLE programs;

  • granting waivers and extensions of time to complete requirements; and

  • developing guidelines as described in Rule 801.
