Kansas eCourt includes the applications and technologies that create a statewide, web-based courthouse, changing how state courts interact with and serve people. One component of eCourt is a centralized case management system that will be used by all state courts. The transition to the centralized case management system will continue into 2022.

As Kansas courts transition to a new centralized case management system following the Kansas eCourt Statewide Rollout Plan, they will begin to offer online access to court records and change how they accept online payments.

Centralized Case Management System Project

The centralized case management system is a key component in the Kansas Supreme Court's eCourt plan. It will complete the conversion from local, paper-driven processes to a statewide electronic one. Its rollout to all state courts is scheduled to be complete in 2024.
