Restricted License for Military Spouse

If you are an attorney licensed to practice in another state and you are married to a military service member stationed in Kansas, you may apply for a restricted license without taking the Kansas bar exam.

Under Rule 720, the fee for military-spouse restricted license to practice law is $1,250.
