Restricted License to Practice for Single Employer

If you are an attorney licensed to practice in another state and you are working in Kansas for a single employer, you may apply for a restricted license without taking the Kansas bar exam.

Application fee

Under Rule 721, the fee for a single-employer restricted license to practice law is $1,250.
