Administrative Order - 2011 AD 261

Kansas Child Support Guidelines (March 26, 2011, effective April 1, 2012) - Following the adoption of Administrative Order No. 260, technical errors were identified in the equal parenting time formula. The attached guidelines correct those errors, clarify related instructions, make related amendments to the Completed Sample Child Support Worksheet, and provide a new Equal Parenting Time Worksheet to facilitate the calculation. Administrative Order No. 260, dated December 29,2011, is hereby superseded by this order.
